1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the DTF Champions website (“Site”) or placing an order through our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or services.

2. Description of Services

DTF Champions provides Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer printing services, allowing customers to upload their own designs for custom printing.

3. User Accounts

Customers can checkout as guests or create an account. Account holders can manage personal information, track orders, and save preferences. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.

4. User-Provided Content & Intellectual Property

By uploading any design or content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use the material. You retain all rights to your content but grant DTF Champions the limited license required to produce your order. DTF Champions reserves the right to refuse to print any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or potentially infringing on intellectual property rights.

5. Ordering, Payments, and Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Orders are processed upon full payment.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled if the production process has not started. DTF Champions has sole discretion to determine whether production has begun.

7. Shipping, Refunds, and Replacements

As all orders are custom-made, returns are not accepted. However, if there is a quality issue, we will gladly replace the print or offer a refund. Typical production turnaround is 24-48 hours, with expedited services available for an additional fee.

8. Accuracy of Information

Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information. DTF Champions is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

9. Health & Safety Disclaimer

DTF Champions transfers are created using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing technology. While our products are generally safe, customers should handle and apply transfers following appropriate safety guidelines, including adequate ventilation and avoiding prolonged inhalation of fumes during application. Customers assume full responsibility for safe handling and use of all products purchased from DTF Champions. If you have health concerns or sensitivities, please consult the product’s safety information or contact us directly.

10. Limitation of Liability

DTF Champions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be addressed through informal negotiation within 30 days of the issue. If unresolved, mediation will follow. Both parties agree to mediate disputes in good faith before pursuing further legal actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Site signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
