Refund policy

1. Custom Product Policy

All products at DTF Champions are custom-made according to the designs and specifications provided by our customers. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been accurately produced per the approved design and order specifications.

2. Order Cancellation

• Before Production: Orders may be canceled if production has not yet commenced. Please contact us immediately at hello@dtfchampions.com to request a cancellation.

• After Production Begins: Once production has started, cancellations are not possible, and the order will proceed as scheduled.

3. Refunds and Reprints

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive items that are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, we will offer the following resolutions:

• Reprint: A reprint of the defective items at no additional cost.

• Refund: A full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the defect.

To initiate a refund or reprint, contact us at hello@dtfchampions.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the defective items to process your request efficiently.

4. Sizing and Product Specifications

Please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. We provide sizing charts and product details to assist in selecting the correct size. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to incorrect sizes being ordered.

5. Color Variations

While we strive for color accuracy, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes. Such minor color discrepancies are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or reprints.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is deemed necessary, we will provide instructions for returning the defective items. In such cases, DTF Champions will cover the cost of return shipping.
