Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time We strive to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the order date. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. Please note that orders placed after this or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Carriers and Options We utilize UPS, USPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. Shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping: Options such as UPS Ground (4-5 Business Days), Rush Shipping (2-4 Business Days), Guaranteed 2-Day Delivery, and Guaranteed Next Day Air are available for an additional charge, with costs calculated at checkout.
3. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
4. Shipping Destinations Currently, we ship orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged, please get in touch with us at hello@dtfchampions.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package to the correct address.
